In 1998, Tan Uc Viet Production Trading Joint Stock Company (TUV) was established in Vietnam with the original purpose of distributing high quality products such as raw materials for dairy industry and raw materials for beer industry domestic manufacturing companies. Currently, TUV is still the largest barley supplier in Vietnam.

In 2002, TUV decided to cooperate with TUSHOLDING Group Australia to launch a line of nutritional milk and formula branded Arti. Over time, Arti brand products have increasingly affirmed their reputation among customers because they are researched based on the nutritional needs as well as the tastes of the Vietnamese people. It can be said that Arti was born, existed and developed to this day thanks to meeting the wishes of Vietnamese consumers with quality products and reasonable prices.

 In 2007, the ISO 22000 food safety control system was applied to modern production lines at the factory, TUV always put safety and product quality on top from production to distribution. for users.
